QualiPro with Strong Feedback
QualiPro gets off to a good start: The 115 exhibitors who participated at the trade fair for inline quality assurance had more than 2100 expert visitors.
With the 1st QualiPro trade fair for inline quality assurance which took place at the Westfalenhallen Exhibition Centre in Dortmund from the 23rd through the 26th of September, 2008, a QA event was finally held again on “native” West German ground. Carefully prepared and professionally organised with vast energy by private, technical trade fair promoter P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG, QualiPro was able to persuade many exhibitors right off the bat.
With precisely 2153 expert visitors, one could have expected more potential customers, but this figure is more than acceptable for an even numbered year with numerous national metalworking and other industry-specific trade fairs. After a more or less subdued kick-off, the numbers rose continuously, and the great majority of the exhibitors were satisfied in the end. Clear-cut responses to a spontaneous exhibitor survey speak for themselves. Comments ranged from “the quality of the contacts is similar to CONTROL – world’s leading trade fair for quality assurance” and “better contact than at metal industry events”, right on up to statements like “too good to miss out on and not to exhibit”.
The exhibitors agreed unanimously that the QualiPro trade fair for inline quality assurance provides them with an information, communication and procurement platform which is precisely aligned to the target group – “close to home and not far away from our own markets”. The quality of the expert visitors was accordingly praised who, as planned, came primarily from North Rhine – Westphalia and other neighbouring regions. Some of the statements indicated that “the expert visitors had concrete ideas and knew exactly what they were looking for”. Numerous exhibitors indicated that they otherwise “would only have been able to establish so many good contacts with large travel and canvassing expenses, and that alone for this reason participation at the 1st QualiPro was well worth while”.
In this respect, the 1st QualiPro can be deemed “small but powerful”. And thus project manager Marc Speidel and his team have already begun planning for the 2nd QualiPro in 2009.
